Cauliflower pork¶

Ingredients¶
Lean Pork
Optionally, more vegetables like bell pepper
Note
Traditionally, pork belly is used.
Steps¶
Cut the meat into small pieces, put it into a bowl with one spoon of soy sauce and oyster sauce each, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Break the cauliflower apart into small flowers, and blanch them for 1 minute.
Fry the pork first for a few minutes, then add minced garlic and fry 1 minute more, then add the cauliflower.
Adjust with some salt (probably not necessary) or more soy sauce, and serve with rice.
