Tofu skin salad¶

Ingredients¶
Tofu skins, the kind that is found in the fresh section and comes in sheets
Sweet onion
Cilantro and green onion for garnishing
For the sauce:
1 clove of garlic, minced
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chinese balck vinegar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
½ tablespoon pickled chilli pepper (if you have it)
½ tablespoon dry chilli
Steps¶
Split the tofu sheets, and cut them into strips, sort of like linguine. Blanch for 2 minutes, then let it dry out.
Cut the vegetables into thin strips. If you don't like the vegetables raw, stir fry them a bit then set aside.
Heat up some oil and pour it over the garlic, sesame seeds and chilli. Let it cool, then mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Toss everything together in a big bowl, and top with some cilantro and green onion.
